Zoom Panel Discussion on Midtown South Zoning

Why You Should Care About The City’s Midtown South Proposal

The Midtown South Zoning Proposal, currently going through the City’s approval process, is the second time the City is upzoning a historic district. It is likely not the last time the character of historic districts will be challenged.

The Conservancy joined the Historic Districts Council (HDC) in a letter to City Planning Chair Dan Garodnick outlining our concerns.

On May 13, we are participating in a Zoom panel discussion sponsored by HDC featuring George Janes, planning and zoning expert, and Former New York City Planning Chair Joe Rose. Please join us.
