The New York Landmarks Conservancy is dedicated to saving and reusing landmarked buildings. In this regard, we provide grants, low-interest loans, and technical consulting to help revitalize neighborhoods and preserve the character of our City for future generations. We also advocate for preservation in Washington, Albany, and at New York’s City Hall and host a wide variety of events, recognizing leaders in preservation and offering behind-the-scenes looks at some of New York City’s great historic sites.
