Welcome to HPF People, a video series celebrating the 40th anniversary of our loan program, the Historic Properties Fund. We will introduce you throughout the year to dedicated New Yorkers we’ve met through our work.
This month we are featuring Page Cowley. The Historic Properties Fund is staffed and managed by the Landmarks Conservancy. The board includes Conservancy and City representatives. Preservation architect Page Cowley represented former Comptroller Scott Stringer.
The Conservancy’s revolving loan program, the Historic Properties Fund, has loaned more than $31.6 million over the past four decades to homeowners, co-ops, non-profits, and religious institutions throughout the boroughs.
