Welcome to HPF People, a video series celebrating the 40th anniversary of our loan program, the Historic Properties Fund. We will introduce you throughout the year to dedicated New Yorkers we’ve met through our work.
This month we are featuring our dedicated HPF Project Managers Jim Mahoney and Kyunhea West. They monitor every loan project to ensure that the building is restored and the building owner is satisfied.
The Conservancy’s revolving loan program, the Historic Properties Fund, has loaned more than $31.6 million over the past four decades to homeowners, co-ops, non-profits, and religious institutions throughout the boroughs.
