Free public tours of the site will be held at 11am and 1pm. No reservations are required.
There will be a Shaker chair taping workshop in the space from 10am – 2pm. The workshop is sold out, but all are welcome to observe and ask questions.
Exciting Lecture from 3pm-4pm
Who Were They?
Ann Sayers, a longtime docent and researcher at the Shaker Heritage Society, will share anecdotes and demographic data regarding some of the many people who joined the Watervliet Shaker Village in the early 19th century.
