Activities
| Docents will be available to answer questions. There will be two talks, one at 2:15 and another at 2:45. Talk one will be about the first minister Asahel Norton who had a 40-year call and was beloved by the community as well as the congregation and Talk 2 will be about the various church buildings, ending with the one we now prize and use. Additionally there is an organ exploration and mini concert scheduled for 3:15. The hood will be removed from the 100 pipe organ and guests will be able to see the inner workings of the organ and view its pipes. Additionally, our Music Director and Organist will play some selections including those of Thomas Hastings (Composer of Rock of Ages) who was a Clinton native, church member and choir master from 1812-1819. |
