The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC), the New York State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), and the New York Landmarks Conservancy (NYLC) invite you to attend a virtual information session on financial benefits for work on New York City designated and NY State listed historic properties. LPC staff will focus on eligibility requirements and the application process for the Historic Preservation Grant Program. The New York Landmarks Conservancy will also share information related to their grant and loan opportunities, and the New York State Historic Preservation Office will share information on qualifying for their tax credit programs.
This session is especially focused on homeowners and residential properties.
